微波电子器件用铜及其合金的应用开发

摘    要:叙述了国内微波电子器件用先进铜的需求、科研和生产以及性能指标的概况。介绍了几个主要国家的标准,特别是氧含量的指标。指出我国标准与国外比较尚有较大差距。作者着重指出真空电子与微电子在先进铜应用上的差异,并提出几点结论和建议。

Abstract:This paper deals briefly with the market demand,scientific research and production of advanced copper materials in China for making microwave electronic devices with their target properties given.The relevant standards of several major countries are introduced with special references to the target values of oxygen content.It is pointed out that our national standards differ widely from those foreign standards.The difference in applications between microelectronics and vacuum electronics to the advanced copper materials is stressed with some conclusions and opinions given.
