摘    要:在系统测试目前烟道阻力分布的基础上,分析优化韶关冶炼厂二精馏烟气系统,确定以新建排气筒的方案实施改造。新的烟道系统的阻力损失比原来减少即系统抽力提高255.479Pa,满足日后单塔产能由32t/d提高到36t/d(甚至可以到38t/d)及增建一组精馏塔的抽力要求,新建烟道系统可满足最大生产能力45万t/a的要求。新的烟道系统运行后,可大幅度降低生产成本和提高经济效益。

Abstract:The flue system of the No2 Zinc Refinery in Shaoguan Smelter is analyzed and optimized on the basis of pressure loss distribution, and the project with new chimney construction is applied to the improvement of the flue system. The pressure loss is decreased or air support capacity increased by 255. 479Pa in new flue system, and the requirements of the production ability increase from 32t/d to 36t/d, even though up to38t/d, as well as with addition of a new rectifying column, the new flue system could match the most productivity of 450000t/a. The production cost would be greatly decreased and the economical profit remarkably increased while the new flue system is practically operated.
