宁夏沿黄城市带投资环境评价与优化

构建包括自然环境、经济环境、社会环境及基础设施4个方面共36个指标组成的评价指标体系,并基于SPSS13.0统计软件,运用主成分分析法对宁夏沿黄城市带投资环境进行综合评价,得出聚类结果和ARCVIEW空间分布图.结果表明,宁夏沿黄城市带投资环境内部差异显著,银川市投资环境最好,综合得分为6.141,其他各市县与之相差较大;在地域空间上呈现3种不同类型.据此,提出了宁夏沿黄城市带不同类型区投资环境优化途径。

Assessment and optimization of the investment environment for urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia

Results of cluster analysis and spatial distribution pattern of Arcview was deduced on the basis of evaluation system which is constructed with 4 terms,such as nature environment,economic environment,social environment and basic facilities,including 36 index,and used principal component analysis of Spss13.0 on investment environment of urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia.The results show that：there is noticeable difference in the inner of investment environment,the investment environment of Yinchuan is the best,it＇s composite score is 6.141 and greater discrepancy to other counties or cities in 3 region and spatial types.Therefore,an optimized approach of investment environment is proposed for different districts in urban belt along the Yellow River.
