酰基吡唑啉酮修饰玻碳电极对维生素C组分的电化学分析

摘    要:制备了呋喃甲酰基吡唑啉酮修饰玻碳电极,通过循环伏安法用该电极对维生素C组分进行分析。考察了支持体系的pH值、配体修饰量、扫描起始电位、扫描速度等对电极反应的影响。实验结果表明,在NaH2PO4-Na2HPO(4pH=5.5)缓冲溶液中,测定体系于0.5V(vs.SCE)处出现一尖锐、灵敏的修饰吸附峰。其浓度线性形范围关系:Y=6.70137+19.9381XR=0.99833。采用标准加入法对实际样品进行了检测,结果满意。

Abstract:The acylpyrazolone modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared and the components of vitamin C were determined with using this electrode by cyclic voltammetry.The effects of pH value,modified amount of ligand,scanning initiative potential and scanning speed on the electrode reaction were investigated.The result showed that in the medium of a NaH2PO4-Na2HPO(4pH=5.5)buffer solution,a sharp sensitive modified adsorptive peak appeared at 0.5V(vs.SCE).The linear regression equation at modified electrode was:Y=...
