摘    要:采用离子络合法在PAN膜中制备了CdS纳米微晶,根据红外吸收光谱和原子力显微镜的测试结果提出了可能的形成机理,并采用X射线衍射分析,紫外可见吸收光谱,激发和发射光谱对其特征进行了初步表征。

Abstract:Abstract: A simple route, so called ion co ordination method, preparation of CdS nanocrystals in PAN was presented, and the possible growth mechanism was put forward in accordance with the measurements of infrared spectroscopic analysis (IR) and atomic force microscope (AFM). Moreover, the characterizations of nanocrystals have been preliminarily identified by X ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet visible absorption spectra (UV), and excitation emission spectra.
