| 摘 要： | 乙酸合成气(粗煤气)预脱硫原采用栲胶工艺,存在塔阻偏高、塔堵等问题。改用PDS工艺进行预脱硫,解决了塔堵等问题,通过优化胶、矾、碱的质量浓度,出口H2S降至40×10-6。

| Abstract: | The tanning extracts process was adopted in the pre removing of sulfide for acetic acid synthesis gas(crude gas)originally, and existed some problems such as high resistance of the column, and plugging of the column etc. Replaced by PDS as sulfide removing agent, the above mentioned problems are solved, and the content of H 2S of the outlet decreases to 40×10 -6 after optimizing the mass concentration of tanning extracts, vanadium, and alkali. |
