摘    要:色多沟位于龙门山地震影响带上,由茂县经较场坝至漳腊岷江干流沿线地震活动频繁且强烈。特别是5.12汶川特大地震触发了大面积、数量众多的崩塌、滑坡,具备了再次暴发泥石流的条件,通过野外勘查和高分辨率遥感影像资料,从地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造、气候和地震等方面较全面地分析了色多沟泥石流的形成条件,获得了研究区泥石流的基础数据,并对不同暴雨频率下的泥石流的流量和单次暴发量进行了计算和预测,得出色多沟泥石流属于中等规模的高山区沟谷型泥石流,提出了治理的必要性和紧迫性,最后根据沟谷的特点和危害特征,采取了以栏档工程为主、辅以排导及生物措施的治理方案,坚持生态、社会和经济效益的兼顾和统一,实现泥石流长期治理目标。

Abstract:The Seduo Ditch is located at the belt of seismic effects in Longmen Mountain, the seismic activity is frequent and intense along the Min River, especially in the zone beginning from Mao County by Jiaochang dam to Zhanla Region. There are conditions causing mud-rock flow because of the May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake which induced plenty of collapses and slides. Based on the field survey and high resolution remote sensing image data, the formation conditions of mud-rock flow were analysed from the aspects of topography and landform, formation lithology, geological structure, climate and earthquake etc. The basic data in concerned area is obtained. The volume and single storm volume of mud-rock flow under different conditions were calculated and speculated, the conclusion is that the Seduo-ditch belongs to mediun-scale mud-rock flow of gully type in high mountain area. The necessity and urgency of its treatment has been pointed out. Finally, based on the characteristics of gully, a project is planned in which the hurdles crosspiece structure is applied as the main measure with row guide and biological measures in addition, with consideration and combination of the ecological, social and economic benefits to achieve a long-term management target.
