添加细焦粉配煤炼焦的实验室研究

摘    要:通过坩埚炼焦试验分析,得出配煤中添加3%焦粉,可以充分利用煤料的粘结能力,改善焦炭块度和机械强度。并通过焦炭光学组织的分析看出在此研究中添加3%焦粉,焦炭质量是最好的。

Abstract:The experiments of crucible coking were carried out.The results showed that the caking capacity of coal could be made full use with the addition of 3% coke powder in coal blending.Therefore,the lump size and strength of the coke were improved.It could be seen from the analysis on the coke optical structure that the quality of the coke with 3% coke powder was the best.
