摘    要:文章介绍了国内外农药残留检测技术研究进展,阐述了食品、农产品中农药残留的提取、浓缩及净化技术,探讨了农药残留检测的气相色谱、液相色谱、色质联用技术以及确证技术,并对农药残留检测技术的研究及应用进行了展望。

Abstract:The research progress of pesticide residue technology at home and abroad was introduced in the paper,espounded the technology of extraction,concentration and purification in food and agricultural products,respectively.It was also discussed gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,GC/MS,LC/MS and confirmation technology.The prospects of research and application of pesticide residue determination technology were analyzed in future.
