微波辐射稀土固体超强酸催化合成水杨酸酯

摘    要:用稀土固体超强酸SO42--La3+/TiO2作为水杨酸异戊醇、异辛醇的酯化催化剂,在微波常压条件下进行酯化反应合成了水杨酸异戊酯和水杨酸异辛酯。探索的优化条件为:微波辐射功率:420 W(350 W);反应时间:4.0 min(3.0 min);催化剂用量:0.6 g(0.8 g);n(水杨酸)∶n(异戊醇)=1∶3n(水杨酸)∶n(异辛醇)=1∶2.5];产率:94.8%(92.6%)。

Abstract:The Synthesis of isoamyl salicylate and isooctyl salicylate was catalyzed by the rare-earth solid superacid SO4^2-La^3+/TiO2 under microwave irradiation. The optimum condition of esterfication: microwave irradiation power was 420 W(350 W), reacting time was 4 min(3 min), solid superacid catalyst was 0.6 g(0.8 g), n(salicylic acid) : n( isoamol(isooctol))=1 : 3.0(1 : 2.5) and the yield of salicylic acid was 94.8 %(92.6 %).
