宝钢不锈钢事业部2500m~3高炉的高Al_2O_3炉渣生产实践

摘    要:在近年来铁矿石价格持续上扬、铁矿石资源不断劣化的大背景下,宝钢不锈钢事业部炼铁厂高炉入炉A l2O3负荷在2009年1~4月达到47.4 kg/t,为了将炉渣A l2O3含量控制在15%,高炉渣比被迫增大到310 kg/t以上。预计多使用劣质铁矿石资源必将成为高炉冶炼的趋势,故突破炉渣A l2O3含量15%水平的上限势在必行。为此,开展了适当放宽高炉炉渣A l2O3含量的研究及其生产实践。分别选取2009年1~4月(炉渣A l2O3月平均含量为14.86%)、2010年1~4月(炉渣A l2O3月平均含量为16.81%)两段时期,对比分析高炉的生产技术指标。结果表明,通过高炉操作制度的合理调控,高炉有能力接受16%水平的炉渣A l2O3含量。
