磷酸铵镁沉淀法去除垃圾渗滤液氨氮的研究

摘    要:为了有效地去除垃圾渗滤液中高浓度氨氮,本实验以磷酸氢二钠和氯化镁为沉淀剂,通过正交试验方法,确定了磷酸铵镁沉淀去除垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,在pH为10.0,反应时间为10 min,n(Mg)∶n(P)∶n(N)=1.2∶1.1∶1的条件下,采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法可实现垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的去除率达到92.25%,为后续生化处理创造良好的反应条件。本研究对于垃圾渗滤液氨氮的去除具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:To remove efficiently high strength of ammonia-nitrogen from ammonium-rich landfill leachate,magnesium ammonium phosphate was produced by using Na2HPO4 and MgCl2.The optimum conditions determined through orthogonal methods showed that under the conditions of pH 10.0,the reaction time of 10 minute and n(Mg)∶n(P)∶n(N)=1.2∶1.1∶1,the ammonium removal efficiency of landfill lerchate was 92.25 %,whitch create the better conditions of further biological treatment.
