CBAF工艺对炼油厂碱渣预处理中水力停留时间应用研究

摘    要:CBAF工艺装置关键参数主要是水力停留时间、曝气量、碱渣进水浓度、反冲洗周期、进水pH等。文章对水力停留时间在CBAF工艺中对碱渣处理的效果进行了优化,在现有处理条件下得出了最优的停留时间为9 h。

Abstract:The Keywords parameters in CBAF process are hydraulic retention time,aeration volume,import water concentration of caustic sludge,bounce-back cycle,pH in import water and so on.The hydraulic retention time in CBAF process of caustic sludge in refinery is optimized in the paper and the excellent result was 9 hours under treatment condition in existence.
