全叶青兰中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究

文章在考察了多种溶剂提取方法的基础上,运用最为有效的提取、设计方法提取了全叶青兰的黄酮成分,并对黄酮类物质的提取方法建立了综合比较评价的体系。对于全叶青兰总黄酮的提取,采用超声提取法可以得到最高的提取效率,其最佳工艺条件为超声30 min,超声波功率100 W,粒度60~80目,乙醇浓度为70%,提取温度为55℃,总提取时间2 h,提取次数2次,料液比为1：20时,全叶青兰总黄酮含量为27.11 mg/g。浓缩后的提取物采用不同溶剂进行了初步的分离,对分离后的提取物所作的定性分析的结果表明,正丁醇和乙醇萃取液中的黄酮类化合物的含量较高,说明全叶青兰中的黄酮类化合物以极性较大黄酮苷类为主,苷元形式存在的黄酮类含量较低。
