| 摘 要： | 一烧车间成品系统由于所对应的2台65 m2电除尘器,不能够满足烧结机产能增加后的除尘要求,导致目前成品系统筛分室环境较差。针对这一情况车间不等不靠,积极主动地寻求解决办法。在成本压力大,资金紧张的情况下,以现有设备为立足点,通过科学的分析论证,在管理、管道布置及除尘点优化等方面采取了一系列措施。使筛分室的工作环境得到了极大的改善。
