膜技术纯化黑豆皮花色苷的研究

摘    要:为了提高黑豆皮花色苷色素的纯度,本文以平均透水通量和花色苷含量为指标,对膜的型号进行了研究。结果表明:应用膜纯化技术纯化黑豆皮花色苷效果明显,且平均透水通量和花色苷含量与膜型号显著相关,最佳用膜为N100-GM-DL,其平均透水通量分别为186.2、109.6、36.9 kg/hm2,花色苷含量分别为0.52、.8、3.5 mg/L。

Abstract:In order to improve the purity of black pigment anthocyanin,in this paper,the average flux and permeability as the index of anthocyanin content,the type of film were studied.Membrane purification technology purify black hull anthocyanin what had obvious effect,and the average permeable flux and anthocyanin contents permeable membrane model with a significant correlation,the best film was N100-GM-DL.The average permeable flux was 186.2,109.6,36.9 kg/hm2.The anthocyanin contents was 0.5,2.8,3.5 mg/L.
