居住区环境的心理学分析

文章针对居住区的环境规划建设存在的问题,提出居住区环境规划建设应正确地处理好居住区环境与城市环境因素的协调建设关系,发挥居住区环境功能,提高居住区综合环境质量。

Psychological Analysis on Residential Area Environment

This article puts forward that the essential of resi- dential area planning is building the residential environment on the ba- sis of the psychological demand of people through analyzing the level of environment. It also ana- lyzes the environment psychology factor of new residential area plan- ning from three aspects including the safety feeling, community feel- ing and aesthetic feeling of the resi- dential environment as well as puts forward the design method and principles for new residential area planning.
