摘    要:一段法缓和加氢裂化(MHC)催化剂用于处理胜利减压蜡油时,具有较高的加氢精制性能、适中的裂解性能以及良好的稳定性。胜利减压蜡油(VGO)缓和加氢裂化后的尾油是良好的乙烯裂解原料,乙烯收率高达26.53%(w),三烯总收率为49.38%(w),裂解燃料油只有5.35%(w)。


Single Stage Mild Hydrocracking Process for Producing Steam Cracker Feedstock for Ethylene Production
Abstract:This report introduces a single stage mild hytrocracking(MHC)catalyst forupgrading of Shengli VGO.It has a fine hydrorefining performance and an appro-priate hydrocracking activity as well as an excellent stability.The 350℃ bottomof MHC of Shengli VGO is a fine steam cracker feedstock for ethylene produc-tion.The yield of ethylene is 26.53%(m)and that of the total amount of ethyl-ene,propylene and butadiene is 49.38%(m).The cracked fuel oil is only 5.35%(m)based on feedstock.
