薄板坯连铸连轧生产无取向硅钢技术的发展及前景

摘    要: 硅钢主要用作变压器和电机的铁芯,是一种重要的功能材料。在介绍无取向硅钢生产现状及薄板坯连铸连轧技术在中国的发展现状的基础上,分析了中国生产无取向硅钢现有生产工艺的技术关键及其所存在的问题,阐述了采用薄板坯连铸连轧生产无取向硅钢的可行性及其优势,指出了该工艺流程未来的主要研究方向。结果表明,采用薄板坯连铸连轧生产无取向硅钢不仅是可行的,而且具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:Silicon steel which is mainly used as iron core in transformers and electrical machinery is a kind of important function material. The present status of non oriented silicon steel production and the development of TSCR technology were introduced, the key technologies and the main problems in non oriented silicon steel′s production were analyzed and the advantages and probability of the application of thin slab casting and rolling technology in non oriented silicon steel′s manufacture were pointed out. Results showed that using TSCR process to produce non oriented silicon steel is not only feasible, but also it has good development prospects.
