通信基站节能减排评估指标及评估方法研究

为了评估通信基站节能减排的效能,采用了层次分析评估模型以及专家调查的方法,通过对通信基站能耗构成要素的分析研究,建立了通信基站能耗模型,从而构建了以单位业务量能耗和通信基站PUE为核心指标的通信基站节能减排能效评估指标,提出了一种通信基站节能减排能效评估方法,并通过运营商现网实测数据进行了测试验证。实测证明:这种评估方法是切实可行的,对通信基站节能减排评估提供了一些有价值的方法依据。
