| 摘 要： | 随着宽带业务在我国的快速发展以及宽带国家战略的即将推出,建立全国统一的宽带发展综合评估体系,有利于科学评估国家及地区宽带发展水平,正确指导各地宽带发展。传统的单一宽带普及率指标不能完全反映不同区域的宽带发展水平,制定一个多输入、单输出的综合指标体系具有重要意义。详细分析了国际上最具代表性的4种宽带发展综合指标,并对我国制定宽带发展综合评估指标进行了探讨。
