中小尺寸LCD-TV液晶屏行反转电路设计

摘    要:以TFT-LCD为代表的液晶显示技术是当前最热门和最具潜力的平板显示技术之一,并已成为平板显示技术中的支柱产品。经过多年的发展,TFT-LCD技术已经相当成熟。由于液晶的固有属性特点,长时间工作在直流偏置电场中会严重影响使用寿命,文章介绍了一种适合中小尺寸LCD-TV(液晶电视)液晶屏使用的防老化驱动电路设计方案。该方案电路结构简单,容易实现且性能完全能达到实用要求。

Abstract:As the representative of LCD display technology, TFT-LCD is one of the most popular of the flat panel manifestation technology, and become pillar product of the flat surface manifestation technique. Through development of many years, TFT-LCD technology has very mature already. Because the proper attribute characteristics of the LCD, if keep working in direct current bias electric field, life span will be influence seriously. The artile introdued a defend aging drive electric circuit project which suit medium and small size LCD-TV screen. This project, electric circuit structure is simple and easy to a realization, can attain a practical request completely.
