| Abstract: | Combined with the present condition of high energy consumption of our buildings,this paper analyzes the methods to transform outer enclosure,building equipment and other aspects of established public buildings,in order to improve living environment of inhabitants,lower energy consumption,and achieve the object of building energy conservation. |
