| 摘 要： | 为了探讨苦豆子总碱对菜青虫的防效及其对蔬菜品质的影响，2004年通过田间试验进行了初步研究。结果表明：喷施苦豆子总碱200mg/L后对菜青虫的防效达81．1％；喷药各处理均未检出苦豆子总碱的残留；叶绿素含量平均提高到对照的1．6倍；植株内亚硝酸盐含量明显下降；维生素C含量呈现先下降后提升的变化趋势。

| Abstract: | Preliminary field research was conducted in 2004 to investigate the efficacy of the alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides for control of cabbage caterpillar and their effect on Chinese cabbage quality. Spray treatments of the alkaloids at 200 mg/L controlled cabbage caterpillar 81.1%. The most preventive and killing effect was perfect up to 81.1%. No residues of S. alopecuroides alkaloids were detected from any of the spray treatments, while chlorophyll content increased by an average of 1.6 times that of the control, NO2^- content of the plant tissue decreased significantly, and vitamin C content tended to increase initially followed by later decreases. |
