吸附伏安法测定阳离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度

摘    要:以中性红为探针,用吸伏安法测定了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的临界胶速浓度,基本原理为:存在于表面活性剂溶液中的微量中性红在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安峰电流对表面活性剂浓度的曲线在临界胶束浓度处有一拐点,此点即为阳离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度。

Abstract:We developed a new method to determine critical micelle concertration of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) by adsorption voltammetryl using neutral red, as a probe. the basic principle of the method is that;Atrace neutraI red in surfactant solution can be adsorped by hanging meroury electrode,and the adsorped volrammetric peak current have a turning point when micelles are formed because meutral red is far more soluble in micelles thanin water,The turning point is critical micelle concentration of surfactant.
