摘    要:目的 研究高强螺栓对端板连接节点力学性能的影响.方法 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,考虑螺栓数目、螺栓直径、端板厚度等影响因素,对高强螺栓端板连接中的外伸式节点进行三维非线性有限元分析.结果 螺栓数目、螺栓直径以及端板厚度对节点极限承载力都有不同程度的影响.8个螺栓的节点受力较为合理,比6个螺栓的端板连接的极限承载力提高近30%,能充分利用梁柱材料.端板厚度的变化影响节点的初始连接刚度,但对节点的极限承载力影响不大.结论 增大螺栓直径可以有效地提高节点的极限承载力.螺栓数目的不同影响节点螺栓的应力变化和各排螺栓屈服的先后顺序.端板厚度的增加在端板较薄时对节点的初始刚度影响明显.

Abstract:To study the effect of high-strength bolt on the mechanics capability of end-plate connection joints,finite element analysis program-ANSYS was used to analyze the extended joints in high-strength bolt end-plate connections by 3D nonlinear finite element.Bolt number,bolt diameter and end-plate thickness were taken as effective factors in this paper.The results indicated that the bolt number,bolt diameter and end-plate thickness all affected the limited capacity of joints to some degree.The increase of bolt diameter could enhance the limited capacity of joints effectively.The forced behavior of the eight-bolt joint was more reasonable than that of six-bolt joint.The eight-bolt joint could make the best of the beam and column material,the limited capacity of which increased nearly by 30% than that of the six-bolt one.The difference of bolt numbers had influence on the stress changes and the yielded order of bolts on each row.The increase of end-plate thickness had no significant effect on the limited capacity of joint,though it affected the initial stiffness of joint,but the effect was more obvious when the end-plate was relatively thinner.
