摘    要:针对在石油化工行业高温设备中广泛使用的1.25Cr-0.5Mo钢,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,模拟分析其在交变应力载荷下的裂纹扩展行为,得出了裂纹在不同的载荷条件下的扩展规律。在分析过程中,采用损伤累积的方法,对每个载荷步的裂纹扩展进行累积,提高了结果的可信度。

Abstract:ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the crack extension of 1.25Cr-0.5Mo steel widely used in the high temperature plants of petrochemical industry under alternative loads,and the extension law of the cracks under different loads was obtained.The damage accumulation method was used to accumulate the crack extension at each load step,and the reliability of the result was raised.
