煤巷锚杆支护研究

摘    要:顶板表面有一层强度高、厚度大的岩层使单根锚杆具有较大的支护范围,因此锚杆支护可以取较大间排距。根据顶板结构特点、相似材料模拟试验结论和对初次试验失败原因的分析,确定顶板锚杆长度为2.0m,间排距为1.1m。根据巷道埋深大和煤体强度低的特点,指出两帮属极高应力软岩,锚杆应具有高承载力和良好韧性,据此选择了与顶板相同的锚杆。试验巷道经历了静压与回采动压的考验,稳定性观测表明试验取得了成功。

Abstract:The complicated structure of test gate road roof has been investigated, and a high strength thick rock layer was found under the roof surface. Because existence of such a layer enlarges the support range of single bolt, relatively large bolt spacing can be employed. On the basis of the characteristics of the roof, the modeling test results of equivalent materials and analysis of failures in initial experiment, a length of 2 0m and a spacing of 1 1m of the roof bolt are decided. Owing to greatness of the buried depth of gate road and low strength of coal mass, the wall is composed of soft rock under extremely high stress, therefore the bolts employed should be the same as roof bolts, and have high bearing capacity and fine toughness. The test gate underwent the static pressure and working pressure, and the stability observation results show that the test is successful.
