| 摘 要： | 本以建筑装饰专业为例设计了高等应用技术教育的“零适应”模式。并讨论了这个模式“实战化”、“岗位化”、“团队化”的特点,提出实行“零适应”教育模式的关键问题是：校内实训中心和校外实习基地;建立教师工作室机制和学生模拟公司机制;建立专兼职的双师型教师队伍;大刀阔斧,改造传统教学模式;确定真题的题型梯度和标准。

| Abstract: | The paper,taking the architectural decoration major as an example,designs the teaching mode of"naught adaptation"in higher applied technical education.It discusses some of the practical features of this mode,puts forward t he key to fulfilling the"naught adaptation"teaching mode,ie.,setting up training and practicing b ases both on and out of campus;establ ishing teachers' laboratories and students' simulated companies;constructing full -time and part -time teaching te am with two technical titles;drastically refo rming the traditional teaching meth ods and stipulating the grads and norms for examination questions. |
