摘    要:随着工业现代化的飞速发展,DCS控制系统以及更为先进的控制系统的应用越来越广泛。为了提高控制的精度,消除以往常规仪表控制系统存在的安全隐患,提高装置的稳定运行周期,实现效益最大化的目标,对空分装置的控制系统进行改造,由常规仪表控制改为DCS系统控制,系统采用的是ECS-700。目前ECS-700控制系统已经在空分装置平稳运行两年多。该文简单介绍了ECS-700控制系统在空分装置的具体配置,包括控制域、操作域以及系统的网络构建,主要讲述了组态过程中的一些难点和重点,包括压缩机防喘振的设计应用,压缩机启停车时序在ECS-700系统的实现以及分子筛顺控程序在ECS-700系统中的实现。另外对ECS-700的监控系统的应用做了简单的介绍。

Abstract:With the rapid development of industrial modernization, the application of DCS control system and more advanced control system more and more widely.In order to improve the control accura-cy, elimination the hidden danger of security of the conventional instrument control system, improve the stability operation cycle of the device, to achieve maximum benefit goal, carries on the transformation to the control system of air separation plant, the conventional instrument control to DCS system control, sys-tem using ECS-700.The ECS-700 control system has been in the air separation unit for more than two years.This paper introduces the ECS-700 control system in air separation device specific configuration, including the control domain, operation domain and system network construction, mainly about some dif-ficult and key configuration process, including design, compressor anti surge and parking timing in the implementation of the ECS-700 system and realize the sequence control program of molecular sieve in the ECS-700 system.Application of ECS-700 in monitoring system to do a simple introduction.
