摘    要:结合Pro/E的参数化及行为建模技术,提出一种新的变截面悬臂梁结构参数优化方法。结合实例,在Pro/Mechanica工作环境中,通过灵敏度分析确定主要参数对模型影响的敏感程度,对变截面悬臂梁的结构参数进行优化,实现悬臂梁的优化设计,从而根据设计者的特定要求确定出对最大应力变化影响最大最敏感的设计参数,达到周期更短、更精确地设计目标。该方法可以推广应用于其他机械零件的结构设计中。

Abstract:With the way of Pro/Engineer parametric design and behavioral modeling extension tech-nique, a new optimization method of variable cross-section cantilever beam parametric design was pro-posed .In the Pro /Mechanica model, the sensitive degree of variable cross-section cantilever beam quality and the main parameters was found by sensitivity analysis, the optimization design of variable cross-section cantilever beam and analysis of parts quality changing by was done by Pro/Engineer and Pro/Mechanica.The best structure was gained by optimization for the parameter, thus it might been ob-tained the best cantilever beam design parameter according to the specific requirements of maximum stress designers.So as to the design goal on cantilever beam of shorter cycle and more precise can be achieved. The model can be applied to other similar parts of the design process.
