高职学生体质健康状况现状分析

通过对重庆电力高等专门科学校2004级专科学生在校三年期间体质健康标准的测试,参照国家《学生体质健康标准》的评分标准对学生的体质健康进行评价,全面了解和掌握学生在校期间的身体健康素质状况,探讨大学期间影响学生体质健康的因素,并找出与体育教学密切相关的体质健康指标作为体育教学改革的切人点,为今后体育课教学和体育活动提供科学的理论依据;在全面推进素质教育的基础上,学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想,为提高大学生的身体素质采取有力的措施.

An Analysis of the Changes in Physical Health Conditions of the Students in Chongqing Electric Power College

By testing the physique of the students in Chongqing Electric Power College, and assessing their physical conditions by reference to Standards for College students' Physical Health Conditions, this paper aims at analyzing and probing the factors which influence the students' physical health, and providing effective theoretical guidance for our future PE teaching and sports activities, as well as effective measures for the improvement of college students' physical health conditions. On the basis of carrying forward quality-oriented education in an all-round way, the guiding principle of "health comes first" should be set up.
