摘    要:基于传输线理论和谐振腔理论,设计了一个用于微波功率模块(MPM)的2 GHz~6 GHz微带线增益均衡器。文中采用薄膜电阻加载微带谐振枝节作为基本单元,该结构能够克服传统增益均衡器的缺点,同时,通过ADS和HFSS的大量仿真实验,分析了不同因素对均衡器增益曲线的影响,最后,设计了一个四枝节增益均衡器。在设计过程中,通过改变枝节结构,使其达到MPM用增益均衡器的小型化要求。实验结果证明,均衡曲线和设计需求相当吻合。

Abstract:A 2 GHz~6 GHz microstrip wave gain equalizer is fulfilled on the basis of transmission line theory and resonant cavity theory. We choose microstrip resonator branch with thin film resistance integrated as the basic element. This structure could easily overcome the defects in traditional equalizer. Through a lot of simulation experiments by ADS and HFSS different factors that influenced the gain equalizer's attenuation curve are researched, and a gain equalizer with four branches is designed. The simulated results show that the equalization curve meets requirements well. In addition, equalizer's miniaturization requirement into consideration is taken. The measurement results show that the gain equalizer is made by high-efficiency and precision way in this frequency range.
