精密测量雷达轴系正交精度检测方法研究

摘    要:针对精密测量雷达天线座轴系的正交精度测量,分析了两种形式的天线座结构,根据结构特点对比了两种轴系精度检测方法,并对叉臂式天线座提出了一种新的虚拟定位检测方法。该方法利用测微准直光管及分划板,建立一条平行于地面的俯仰轴虚拟的公共轴线,检测出天线座俯仰轴与俯仰公共轴线偏差量,得到轴系正交精度。

Abstract:According to the measurement method of precision instrumentation radar's orthogonal axis precision, two kinds of pedestal structure are analyzed. Based on the structures' characteristics, the two measurement methods of radar's orthogonal shafting precision are compared, and a new virtual location measurement method is proposed which is focused on Y-shape pedestal. A virtual common axis paralleled to the elevation axis and the ground is established with auto-collimator and reticule, the axis deviation between the elevation axis of antenna pedestal and the virtual common axis is measured, then obtain the precision of radar's orthogonal axis precision.
