摘    要:介绍了利用电离层非相干散射雷达探测回波提取空间碎片参数的匹配滤波方法和主要技术流程;以一个碎片事件为例,详细说明了空间碎片距离、径向速度、散射截面和等效直径的估算方法;实测了约80 min的原始回汲数据,共检测到165个碎片,并分析了这些空间碎片参数的统计特征,发现碎片主要分布在600 km~1000 km 和1400 km~1600 km两个高度区间,雷达散射截面约4 cm2~80 cm2,直径约4 cm~12cm ,径向速度约-1.5 km/s~1.5 km/s 。

Abstract:The matching filter method and the technical flowchart for the parameter extraction of space debris is introduced based on the incoherent scattering radar (ISR) echo scattered from the ionosphere. The procedure to estimate the parameters of space debris is decribed including the range , radial velocity , radar cross-section , effective diameter etc. The raw echo data lasting about 80 minutes was analyzed and totally 165 targets are detected. Finally the statistical characteristic of the parameters of space debris is investigated. The main results include: the space debris measured during this period is located mainly in the two height range of 600 km~1000km and 1400 km~1600 km; the radar cross section is mainly about 4 cm2~80 cm2 and the effective diameter is about 4 cm~12 cm; the radial velocity vary from -1.5 km/s~1.5 km/s.
