溶胶凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛的工艺条件研究

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,在无水条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛。通过正交实验法确定了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛的最佳条件。实验结果表明:控制30min内溶解钛酸丁酯,反应完全后,静置时间为7d,500℃下煅烧时间4h,可以制备粒径小于100纳米的二氧化钛颗粒,为工业化应用提供基础数据。

Abstract:Nanometer titanium dioxide was prepared by the Sol - gel method with butyl - titanate as raw material in no presence of water. The optimum conditions of preparing nanometer titanium were discussed in the experiment. The solving time of reaction material was within 30 minutes, standing time was 7days, calcinating time was 4 hours under 500℃. The particle of nanometer titanium was prepared with the diameter below 100 nm,which could provide the basic data for industrialization.
