TCS法生产涤纶FDY条干不匀率影响因素的探讨

摘    要:研究了TCS法生产涤纶 78dtex/3 6fFDY时 ,切片含水率、熔体均匀性、冷却条件、集束位置、热管温度、热管位置等因素对涤纶FDY条干不匀率的影响。结果表明 :切片含水率低 ,纺丝温度稳定 ,且生产中热管温度控制在 170 -180℃ ,热管位置控制在 10 0 0~ 110 0mm ,有利于减小FDY的条干不匀率

Abstract:The effects of such factors as water content of chips, spinning temperature, quenching conditions, thermal channel temperature and position on 78 dtex/36 f PET FDY unevenness were studied. The results showed that FDY unevenness would be decreased by low water content of dried chips, steady spinning temperature, the thermal channel temperature and position should be in the range of 170~180℃ and 1000~1100 mm.
