亚临界600 MW汽轮发电机组轴系动力学设计和研究

摘    要:本文以亚临界600MW汽轮机国产化为依托,针对该机组轴系的特点,通过大量的对比计算分析,研究了轴承的性能及轴承结构形式对轴系动特性的影响,确定了轴承方案和轴系结构,完成了亚临界600MW汽轮发电机组的轴系动力学设计和研究。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of the rotor-bearing system of subc ri tical 600MW turbogenerator unit and the re-quirement of electric power syste m,through amount of analysis the torsional vibration of rotor-bearing system i s regulated in order to avoid hypers ynchronous and subsynchronous reso nance,a nd the scheme for bearings is obtained also.The effect of bearing characteristi c and geometric con figuration on dynamic characteristic of rotor-bearing syste m is studied to g et the adjusted schemes for the torsional vibration of rotor-bearing system and for bearing design.The dynamic d esign for rotor-bearing sy stem of su bcritical 600MWunit is complet-ed.
