恒位移加载条件下金属橡胶恢复力信号特征分析

摘    要:针对恒位移加载条件下,金属橡胶恢复力数据不理想的问题,分析了恢复力信号采集时经常被忽略的干扰成分,认为部分干扰来自试验机的背景噪声,恢复力的随机跃动,夹头和试件的惯性力效应和金属橡胶的循环硬化等因素的影响,提出了改善方法,为进一步准确分析金属橡胶材料的本构关系打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Under the condition of constant displacement loading, the captured data of metal rubber's restoring force has deviation, so the interference composition in restoring force of metal rubber that are usually ignored are analysed. It is considered that partial interference are caused by background noise of material testing machine, random spring of restoring force, cyclic hardening of metal rubber. The improvement methods were proposed. Furthermore the results of research offered the base on which the constitutive relation of metal rubber may be analysed more exactly.
