摘    要:以玻屏研磨盘为例介绍了逆向工程的过程与方法,采用ZEISS三坐标扫描测量完成了实物的数字化,用EUCLID/STYLER完成了研磨盘面的曲面重构,在UG NX中进行了研磨盘的NC加工编程,并在数控铣上完成了生产用研磨盘的加工。

CMM SCANING-BASED REVERSE ENGINEEING AND NC MACHINING OF CRT PANEL ABRASIVE DISK
Abstract:The general process of reverse engineeing for the CRT panel abrasive disk was presented, including the digitization process by using ZEISS VAST scaning probe, the surface reconstruction by using EUCLID/STYLER software. Then the NC code was generated by UG NX and several pieces of abrasive disk was manufactured actualy.
