陶瓷隔热厚涂层制备和抗热震损伤性能

摘    要:研究了LD8铝合金基材上制备隔热陶瓷厚涂层的方法,并对涂层的组织结构和抗热震损伤性能进行了分析、测定。结果证明,控制喷涂中基体温度,是制备厚涂层的有效方式,其抗热震损伤性能和薄涂层相似。

Abstract:The method was investigated to fabricate the thick insuhtted-heat ceramic coating on LD8 Al-alloy substitute, and the coating s microstructure and thermal-shock-fracture resistance were analyzed and measured. The results prove that it is an effective method to controll the temperature of the substitute under spraying, and the thermal-shorck resistance is similar to the thin coating.
