叶轮机械叶片故障的叶间动态压力诊断法

摘    要:叶间动态压力诊断法是叶轮机械叶片故障诊断的一种新方法。该方法采用安装在外壳上的动态压力传感器非接触测量旋转叶片间流体的动态压力信号,通过分析该信号的时域波形、频谱和对数差谱,可获取叶片故障信息。实验证明该诊断方法是正确的、有效的。图10参12。

Abstract:Blade path dynamic pressure diagnosis is a new non-contacting way of diagnosing blade faults in turbo machineries. With this method, the dynamic pressure signal of the fluid in the blade path is being measured by a dynamic pressure sensor fixed on the casing wall. Blade fault informations can be obtained by analyzing the pressure signal's wave shape in the time realm, its frequency spectrum and its logarithm difference spectrum. Experiments have verified that this method is accurate and effective. Figs 10 and refs 12.
