轮辐式力传感器结构优化分析

摘    要:结构上影响轮辐式力传感器精度的主要原因有正负应变值不等产生的非线性、接触面摩擦力变化产生的滞后及重复性误差,分析了产生这些误差的原因,提出了通过改变轮缘上下部刚度比能使正负应变值相等,通过增加轮缘刚度、减小支承面积能降低接触面摩擦力的变化.

Abstract:The errors in structure of the spoke type transducer include the error of linearity due to the difference between the positive strain and the negative strain, and the error of hysteresis and repeatability because of the variety of the friction on the supporting surface. The error sources are analyzed. Altering stiffness proportion of the upside and underside of the flange to make the positive strain equal to the negative strain, and increasing stiffness of the flange and decreasing the supporting face to reduce the variety of the friction is nut farward.
