幂律流体环空及钻头水力参数的计算方法

摘    要:给出一种求幂律流体环空循环压耗及钻头和参数的计算方法。使用牛顿迭代法求紊流时的范宁摩阻系数,根据求出的压耗,并以最大钻头水功率或最大射流冲击力的工作方式为依据确定最优水力路线,建立了压耗-排量方程,以此来优化钻井水力参数和优选最佳喷嘴尺寸。

Abstract:The paper presents a method used to calculate annulus and bit hydraulics in power law fluid.When the flow is turbulent the fanning friction factor is correctly iterated by the newton iteration method and then the turbulent pressure loss is calculated. An equation of pressure loss-flow rate is estabilished in terms of the calculating pressure loss, and the path of optimum hydraulics is defined, using either hydraulic horsepower or jet impact force criteria. Then the drilling hydraulics and optimum nozzle size are optimized.
