宁波中小企业创新路径探究

中小企业是我国市场主体,尤其在宁波,中小企业已经成为推动宁波经济发展最庞大的市场主体,但是宁波中小企业在发展中存在的问题不少,主要有:企业核心技术缺乏,在行业内没有话语权;块状经济虽然明显,但集群效应未能充分发挥;"闭关自守",市场趋势判断能力较弱;信息化水平低,不能适应市场。宁波中小企业要想走出困境,必须走创新发展之路,采取相应的对策。从企业角度来说,就是要解决人才与技术缺口、劳动力成本的消化、市场因素与信息平台搭建等问题。从政府角度来说,就是减少过多的行政干预,营造相对公平的市场竞争环境,为企业提供优良的服务和有力的保障。

Innovation Path for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Ningbo

The small and medium-sized enterprises （SME） are the main body in the Chinese domestic market and in Ningbo, they are the most powerful force that promote the development of Ningbo economy. However, problems exist that include the lack of core technology, the loss of discourse right in the industry, the failure to exercise the cluster effect though lump economy is obvious, the poor judgment ability of market development and the low level of informatization. Therefore, to solve all this, proper strategies shall be taken. Enterprise-wise, the gap between talent and technology, the digestion of labor cost, the market factors and the information platform shall be solved and for the government, the excessive administrative intervention shall be reduced and a relatively fair market competition environment created so as to provide excellent service and powerful guarantee for the enterprises.
