摘    要:针对钢坯温度预报模型中时变非线性参数进行了等效研究,提高了模型预报钢坯温升的精度。在分析钢坯加热过程、工艺要求、能耗与环保的基础上提出基于遗传算法和罚函数相结合的炉温优化算法。并对该算法进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明该优化算法能够迅速寻找到全局最优。

Abstract:Aiming at the time-varying nonlinear parameters in temperature prediction model of slab, equivalent study is conducted, which improves the precision in model predicting billet temperature. An optimal algorithm based on genetic algorithm with sequence unconstrained minimization technology for furnace temperature distribution is proposed on the base of analyzing the slab heating-up process, reheating requirement ,energy consumption and environment protection, simulation of the algorithm proposed in this paper is conducted. The simulation show that the optimization algorithm method can quickly find global optimization.
