| Abstract: | The recent status and developing tendency of the wavelength dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometry and energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometry has been reviewed,and the extension of the X ray fluorescence spectrometry has been discussed in this paper.The main performance of some representative commercial X ray fluorescence spectrometry has been introduced. |
