摘    要:原民国首都水厂办公楼旧址展陈改造,存在空间狭窄、手段滞后、信息过载、缺乏体验等问题。基于此,新设计在尊重历史、服务用户、可持续创新的宗旨理念下,从展览环境空间的设计迭代、史料叙事、场所再生三个方面探讨建筑工业遗产的改造策略。旨在高效率活化当代建筑文化遗产,服务当下存量更新的时代需求,并为同类项目的实施提供思路与参考。

Abstract:The exhibition and renovation of the former office building of the Capital Water Plant in the Republic of China have problems such as narrow space, outdated methods, information overload, and lack of experience. Based on this, under the principles of respecting history, serving users, and maintaining sustainable innovation, the new design explores the transformation strategies of architectural industrial heritage from three aspects: design iteration of exhibition environment space, historical narration, and venue regeneration. The design aims to efficiently activate the contemporary architectural cultural heritage, serve the needs of the times of current stock renewal and provide ideas and references for the implementation of similar projects.
