基于许可区块链的托管数据中心的紧急需求响应

摘    要:托管数据中心因其转移电力负载灵活的特点,可以在智能电网的紧急需求响应(emergency demand response,EDR)中发挥积极作用,在EDR时,托管数据中心需要与租户之间协同才能更好地满足智能电网下达的节能目标。传统的托管数据中心EDR系统缺乏可信的第三方,存在响应过程不透明、响应结果易被窜改的风险,且一旦系统出现故障将对整个EDR产生不利影响。基于许可区块链去中心化、成员身份可识别、分布式存储和多方共识的特点,提出了EDR系统架构PBDR(permission-ed blockchain based EDR),使用共识机制保证响应过程的透明;利用链式存储保证响应结果的不可窜改;通过智能合约技术解决托管运营商和租户之间没有可信第三方的问题。使用Hyperledger Fabric对PBDR进行模拟实现,结果显示系统的平均延迟和TPS可以满足托管数据中心对EDR的需求,系统可以保证响应过程的透明和响应结果的不可窜改。

Abstract:The colocation data center can play a positive role in the emergency demand response(EDR) of the smart grid due to its flexible power load transfer characteristics. In EDR, the colocation data center needs to coordinate with the tenants to better meet the energy-saving goals set by the smart grid. The traditional EDR systems of colocation data center lack a trusted third party, and there is a risk that the response process is opaque and the response result is easily tampered with, and once the system fails, it will have an adverse effect on the entire EDR. Based on the characteristics of the permission-ed blockchain, including decentralization, identifiable membership, distributed storage and multi-party consensus, this paper proposed the EDR system architecture PBDR(permission-ed blockchain based EDR). The consensus mechanism ensured the transparency of the response process and the chain storage guaranteed that the response result couldn''t be tampered with. Smart contract technology solved the problem of no trusted third party between the colocation operator and the tenants. This paper used Hyperledger Fabric to simulate PBDR. The results show that the average latency and TPS of the system can meet the requirements of the colocation data center for EDR, and the system can ensure the transparency of the response process and the non-tampering of the response results.
