摘    要:本文介绍了基于新技术和新方法的矿山钻机自动取样分析系统,不仅可实现钻机取样分析的无人值守,减少人工的劳动强度,同时结合GIS技术和智能配矿系统,自动取样分析数据可精准更新矿山三维地质模型,优化矿山开采计划及爆破计划,精准指导矿山的配矿工作,实现矿山全流程的质量精细化管控,有效提高矿山的利用率及石灰石质量的稳定性。研究成果可用于水泥矿山及其他矿山相关领域成分检测和质量控制,具有极大的市场空间。

Research and application of automatic sampling and analysis system for mining drills
Abstract:This article introduces an automatic sampling and analysis system for mining drilling rigs based on new technologies and methods. It not only enables unmanned sampling and analysis of drilling rigs, reduces manual labor intensity, but also combines GIS technology and intelligent ore matching systems. The automatic sampling and analysis data can accurately update the three-dimensional geological model of the mine, optimize mining and blasting plans, accurately guide the ore matching work of the mine, and achieve fine quality control throughout the entire process of the mine, effectively improving the utilization rate of mines and the stability of limestone quality. The research results can be used for component detection and quality control in cement mines and other mining related fields, with great market potential.
